Born in London, I spent my youth growing up in the Canary Islands, eventually returning back to the UK just before turning twelve. For as long as I can remember, I've always had a creative side, in particular a love for film and animation, spending countless hours sketching, doodling and creating my own stories, albeit mostly spent as a passionate hobby.
Like my formative years, I worked in a variety of different jobs and careers, unsure of what I wanted to do with my life, but over the years I acquired invaluable skills and transferable experiences, across many different fields. This included taking on training, leadership, management roles and working in the Visual Effects Industry for a time. Collectively, this allowed me to become highly adaptable, being one of my key core strengths.
Wanting to find purpose and direction in my life, I decided to retrain and enrolled at Shillington College, as it seemed like a perfect career transition, to combine my collective work experience with a creative design process and to tell stories across many different mediums.
Like any big life change, it's been a gradual process, but I've found it highly rewarding experience and the start of a fulfilling chapter of my life.
